Located just north of the River Trent, Colwick is situated just two miles outside Nottingham city centre and one mile away from West Bridgford.
Colwick is easily connected to others areas of Nottingham via the A612 (Colwick Loop Road). There are numerous bus services that run in and out of Colwick every ten minutes, along with the railway to Grantham that runs alongside the main road.
Colwick Country Park is a 125 acre park on the edge of Colwick offering a large, diverse area of water and woodland. With excellent facilities, including a marina, it provides the perfect place for a variety of recreational activities including angling, sailing, walking and jogging.
