Welcome to Royston & Lund. We want to give you an insight into why we set up the company and how we operate. In the early 90's we felt there was no-one in West Bridgford offering a first class estate agency service, and so, in 1994 we decided to open the doors to the public in the same premises we are still in; a prime position right in the heart of West Bridgford town centre.
From that day to this, we have always insisted that our staff go the extra mile to make sure the customer is given exactly the service they want and deserve. This means we have employed professional staff with many years experience, some of whom have now worked with us for over 10 years, meaning we have continuity within the company, and the more mature members of staff are able to teach the Royston & Lund 'way' to the newer members of the team. As well as getting the best people to work for us, we know we need to be very proactive with everything we do. This means we use the latest technology to market every property we sell or let, including sending automated email alerts to our database of applicants and ensuring we are on all the major property portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla.
In 2018 we opened our Keyworth branch, offering both sales and lettings services; this has enabled us to expand our presence and meet the demands, providing high level of customer service within Keyworth and the surrounding areas.
2018 also saw us being named Best Estate Agent in the UK at the prestigious ESTA awards in London. This was a huge achievement for Royston & Lund and a true testament to what we offers to our customers.
After celebrating 25 years of trading in July 2019, we feel we have gained the trust of the community within the West Bridgford area and this continues to grow as we offer our clients the best possible service.
In 2021, Royston and Lund was bought by Bob and Suky Chana who are both very ambitious and forward thinking. Huge investment has been made and new offices have been opened in Ashby de la Zouch late 2021 and in Wolverhampton. Royston and Lund went on to win Best Small Lettings agency 2021 at the EA Masters awards in London and Won Silver at the 2022 ESTAS awards.

Her previous employment was in Social Care and she worked as a Home care manager which she then left to pursue her career in estate agency. She started her Estate Agency career as a sales receptionist in her first independent agent and has now come full circle. Eileen then went on to work for a large corporate agent, where she spent many years working in different offices in diverse markets which were both stagnant and buoyant and has used this experience to home in on her negotiations skills by using comparable evidence to obtain the best price for the Seller in differing market values. Eileen can therefore adapt to the constant moving market place.
Being a caring and understanding person Eileen is happy to listen to her clients stories and build up a working relationship with them.
Eileen has competed in a couple of half marathon’s and spends her spare time either in the gym or on the gin!
Gabrielle joined Royston & Lund in April 2021 during the pandemic, a challenge in itself! It was a massive career move but one that I have not regretted.
