Having a strong background in lettings and property management with experience of working for two international corporate estate agents, Stephanie has been with Royston & Lund for over 16 years and has over 25 years experience in the property industry . Being a fellow member of ARLApropertymark and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing due to her HND in Housing Management, Stephanie's qualifications and knowledge have given her grounding to create and expand the successful award winning department. Stephanie oversees both the lettings and property management sections. Stephanie has adopted a friendly, practical and professional approach in her dealings with new and long standing clients and staff.

Leading the department Stephanie is very hands on and is always refreshing office procedures to benefit clients and staff alike.

Away from Royston & Lund Stephanie has two sons and spends her time being taxi driver or on the side lines of both football and cricket pitches cheering on her boys. Married to a Notts County fan there's no getting away from football both at work and home!

Frances has been with Royston & Lund since 2005. With a strong background in marketing and quality customer service at leading national companies Frances has brought her work ethics to Royston & Lund and is now an ARLApropertymark member.

Leading the lettings valuations and new landlord service Frances takes pride in providing honest and realistic advice, adopting a friendly, practical professional approach. As well as undertaking the majority of the letting valuations and taking 'new' landlords under her wings Frances. Frances assists Stephanie with the overall management of the department.

Away from Royston & Lund Frances is married and spends her time being an unpaid taxi driver to her three teenage children.

Terriann has been with Royston & Lund Lettings since 2008 and is in control of the day to day property management team.

As our Senior Property Manager Terriann is key to how organised the property management team are. Terriann assists with arranging contractors to deal with anything from leaking taps to full property refurbishment programs. In her role Terriann is experienced in trying to manage both landlord and tenants expectations with remedial works through to the end of tenancy dilapidations process.

Married to a builder Terriann has a great understanding and in-depth knowledge of day to day property issues. I'm sure many of the tea time conversations are work related!

One of our longest serving members, Louise joined us in early 2004. Louise is responsible for all accounts associated with lettings and property management, from receipting in rents to making sure our month end reports are completed.

Louise has been trained through ARLApropertymark and has passed her ARLA1 qualification. Louise is a valued part in the lettings team, assisting with general tasks from arranging viewings through to the 'buzz' of agreeing a let.

Louise has two daughters and enjoys socialising with family and friends.

With years of experience in the property industry we welcomed Marian with open arms in the summer of 2013. Marian has extensive knowledge and experience of working as a Property Manager working hard to make sure both landlord and tenant are aware of all issues and resolutions associated with their property/rental. Being friendly and organised Marian works hard through her daily 'to do list' of property repairs and inspections.

With Marian's mind set of "putting your head down and getting on with it" she has helped Terriann to turn the property management team into a swift and efficient 'dream team'!

Gaynor has worked within the lettings section for the past few years and has recently had a change over to the property management team, to assist us with providing the high level of customer service we aim to deliver to both landlords and tenants. Gaynor's organisation skills and high focus on customer service is assisting the team greatly to action them forever on-going daily repairs and queries.

Gaynor has a good knowledge of all the legal aspects associated with letting your property along with an excellent knowledge of the area which is great for Gaynor to assist with rental appraisals.

During Gaynor's spare time she helps with the running of a local brownie group and is a dedicated runner with a local club.

Being ARLA qualified, having successfully passed both the NFoPP Level Three Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and the ARLA Level 2 Competency exams, and having previously worked within the legal department for a corporate agent, Paul’s legal knowledge and experience is invaluable to the team.

Paul has over 18 years experience in the lettings industry and is highly knowledgeable of both the Housing Act and Landlord & Tenant Act. He's main role is controlling the administration and legal aspects associated with tenancy renewals, rent increases, TDS administration procedures and the 'difficult' check outs reports!

Having moved into lettings with an estate agency background Emma has been with us for over seven years now and takes the lead of the Lettings Negotiators.

Emma has the responsibility of the administration and organisation associated with new tenancies pending move in. All application forms are checked over by Emma in readiness for a tenancy to commence. Emma is very approachable as well as being an organised individual.

From front desking to carrying out viewings Emma is a great 'all round' confident team player who takes control of the lettings adminstration and marketing.

Laura became an asset to the lettings team back in 2005 when she made the decision to move to an independent agent from a corporate agent. She brought with her knowledge and vast experience. Laura also holds the original ARLA 1 qualification.

Royston & Lund have been like a family to Laura, having witnessed her marriage and supporting her during pregnancies, Laura is now mum to three young children. Laura has returned to us each time after the births of her children and is currently assisting with general office tasks on a part-time basis. Laura's knowledge of the industry and Royston & Lund is greatly appreciated within the lettings team.

Lauren is our newest member to the lettings team, with us welcoming her in July 2016. Having experience in the lettings industry in the busy Oxford market Lauren is certainly learning the ropes quickly and is now aware of the Royston & Lund way! Lauren assists with accepting tenancy application forms and processing these through with negotiations for tenancy, whilst preparing the paperwork associated with new lets. Since joining the team Lauren has passed her NFOPP exams and is now ARLA qualified.

Satnam's friendly face is lovely to see on a busy morning in the office!

Satnam joined the lettings team in the Summer of 2015 as our weekend assistant, having enjoyed the role and industry Satnam has now joined us on an apprenticeship, learning the legal aspects of lettings along with all the reasons behind why there is so much paperwork!

We are proud to be in a position to train Satnam in the industry whilst we see her as part of the strong lettings team.

A great 'hands on approach' in learning how important good customer service is.

Another long standing member of the team, having been with us since 2008, Sarah is a lettings negotiator with an excellent understanding of our role as an agent, from conducting routine tenancy inspection through to carrying out rental valuations.

As another customer facing team member Sarah is able to assist to the high level that Royston & Lund aim to provide. Sarah currently works within the team on a part time basis.

Sarah lives with her husband and daughter in Gamston and is a familiar face in the area, regularly spotted by our clients whilst out walking the family dog Pepsi!
