Welcome to Royston & Lund. We want to give you an insight into why we set up the company and how we operate. In the early 90’s we felt there was no-one in West Bridgford offering a first class estate agency service, and so, in 1994 we decided to open the doors to the public in the same premises we are still in; a prime position right in the heart of West Bridgford town centre.
From that day to this, we have always insisted that our staff go the extra mile to make sure the customer is given exactly the service they want and deserve. This means we have employed professional staff with many years experience, some of whom have now worked with us for over 10 years, meaning we have continuity within the company, and the more mature members of staff are able to teach the Royston & Lund ‘way’ to the newer members of the team. As well as getting the best people to work for us, we know we need to be very proactive with everything we do. This means we use the latest technology to market every property we sell or let, including sending automated email alerts to our database of applicants, 2D or 3D floor plans on all property particulars and making sure we are on all the major property portals, including Rightmove.
Our office has recently been refurbished and we offer illuminated, rotating displays in the windows, along with further LED displays within the office, allowing every property maximum exposure. After 24 years of trading in the area, we have gained the trust of the community, and this trust will continue to grow as we make sure we offer our clients the best service possible.
In 2018 we welcome the opening of our Keyworth branch which will be offering both Sales and Lettings services enabling us to expand our presence to meet demand and provide our high level of customer service to Keyworth and the surrounding areas.
