Work has commenced on phase two of the Trent Basin development after amost all the homes and apartments in Phase One, were snapped up.
Builders Willmott Dixon, have now moved on to the next 31 homes, which will feature
balconies and roof terraces, providing views across the river, to Lady Bay or a
cityscape to the north.
The Trent Basin development will comprise 500 low energy homes when complete
and this second phase of 31 properties will comprise a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom
houses along with 2 bedroom maisonettes, ranging from £195,000 up to £450,000.
The first of these new homes will be ready to move into in 2019
