Remember, Remember....Firework and Bonfire Events in the Local Area

It’s almost that time of year again to wrap up warm, get your wellies on and get ready for mushy peas, fireworks and family fun!

We’ve put together a list of all the local Bonfire and Fireworks parties. 

Forest Recreation Ground – Sunday 5th November – From 5.30pm 


• £ - Free of Charge 
• Bonfire and fireworks
• Fairground rounds (charges payable)

5.30pm - 10.30pm Funfair
7.15pm Children's fireworks display
7.45pm Bonfire lit
9.00pm Main fireworks display

Wilford Village Robin Hood Festival of Fireworks – Saturday 4th November - Gates Open 5pm
Nottingham’s biggest Charity Firework Display held at Nottingham Moderns Rugby Ground, adjacent Wilford Village tram stop, next to the Ferry Inn and Victoria Embankment Toll Bridge. 

• £ - Adult tickets £7, Children £2, Family ticket prices also available
• Bonfire and Fireworks
• Mini Fair
• Food includes hog roast, hot dogs, burgers, fish & chips, mushy peas, teas, coffee, doughnuts, candy floss, ice cream etc.

5pm – Gates open, hog roast and mini fair.
5pm-9.30pm Real ale marquee plus two local bands
6.30pm – Children’s fantasy fireworks
7.15pm – Bonfire Lit
8.30pm – “Crescendo of Galactic Fireworks!”

The White Horse Ruddington – Sunday 5th November – From 5pm

Great Central Railway – Nottingham (Ruddington)– Saturday 4th November – Gates Open 5.30pm

Keyworth United Football Club – Saturday 4th November – Gates Open 6pm


(Tickets on sale from Keyworth United Football Club as well as The Plough, Normanton)
6pm - Gates Open 
8pm – Fireworks

• Food includes BBQ, giant chilli, jacket spuds and mushy peas
