 We have just been voted the region’s agent of the year 2012 for the fourth year running in The Estate Agent and Lettings Agency national award scheme (known as the ESTAS), sponsored by Zoopla.co.uk.We are thrilled and honoured to win this award yet again for the fourth year running. It is a real testament to all the hard work and commitment from our dedicated team.  Customer service is top of our list of priorities and we take great pride in our honest approach, local knowledge and professionalism.  We are totally at the mercy of our clients for this prestigious award and we cannot thank them enough for their support. This is an excellent result for an independent agent and it is so rewarding when our efforts are recognised both by satisfied clients and the industry overall”.  The awards, which are supported by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) along with a host of industry leaders, are the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK estate agent industry and open to all agents across the country. The winners were announced at a celebration lunch attended by national and local agents from across the UK at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London on 20th April.
